College & Career Fair Times: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

 

  • Setup/Breakfast: 8:30-9:45 am - A Grab & Go breakfast will be provided in the break area. We will have a variety of light snacks, breakfast items & coffee available. 

 

  • Tear Down & Luncheon: 1:15pm - We will have a luncheon with a variety of sandwiches, chips, etc. following the Fair. You are welcome to sit & chat OR grab a sandwich for the road!


Set Up Information:

Spots will be assigned alphabetically and you will be shown your space when you arrive at SOHI. We will be using the  school gymnasium. 

 

Each booth will have 1 6ft table and 2 chairs. We also have power strips & extension cords available if you need power. You can begin setting up at 8:30am


Vendor Contact Info:

-We do not use Strivescan or other paid data collection services. Students are instructed to bring either a ‘business card’ or a QR code so that they can share contact info with representatives. We suggest having a sign-up sheet to collect student contact information OR a QR code to a form students can fill out & submit.
