Meet with faculty and students, take master classes in modern and ballet techniques, audition for the dance major, tour the University Center for the Arts and the CSU Campus.

The itinerary also includes an overview of our dance program, excerpts from our upcoming Dance Concert performed in our dance spaces, teaching demonstrations by CSU Dance faculty for prospective students to observe or participate in, and an evening activity and dinner with current students. Prospective students (and parents/guardians) will have an opportunity to ask questions of the faculty and current students during a Q&A session.

Please Note: All dance applicants should complete the Program Audition Application and submit a video audition through the Accepted portal. If you are attending the on-campus Dance Visit Days, only the solo will be assessed in-person. Your Ballet and Modern exercises should still be uploaded with your application.

The Friday itinerary includes a lunch/Q&A session with current CSU dance students. All attendees should participate in the session whether you are eating or not. If you would like a meal, please pay $10/person at check-in. A variety of sandwich options will be available, including vegetarian and gluten free.
