A tentative transfer evaluation (TTE) offers a preview of how completed credits will be recognized in transfer to CSU. While a TTE is preliminary, it follows the same evaluation criteria used for the review of official transcripts completed after a student is admitted.
Before requesting a TTE, please explore the Transferology.com database, especially if your previous credits were earned in Colorado.
To be eligible for a tentative transfer evaluation, you must:
Tentative transfer evaluations are not available if you have prior CSU enrollment, are an applicant or admitted student for the next available term, are a freshman with dual enrollment credit, or your previous institutions are included in the Transferology.com database.
Evaluations typically take two weeks to process; international transcript evaluations take four weeks to process. All follow-up correspondence, including your tentative transfer evaluation, will be emailed to the address you provide below. Note that the evaluation of credits may be subject to change in the official evaluation, which will be based on official transcripts and specific term of entry.
